coz' I don't know much about the story behind/around him, I can't give you any "constructive" comments. but, I do like the color choice, it shows he is a funny , happy guy~
I suggest to bold all the lines of the character, especially the arms and legs, so the whole figure will read more clear~ nice stuff~
