Here are the two swindlers from "The Emperor's New Clothes." I had fun doing it, but now I don't like the taller guy as much compared to the shorter one. What is it with me and short characters????
Yay! *starry eyes* Aletta got a blog! I really adore the short guy; he is very appealing and the gesture works well on him. I think the tall guy might seem a little flatter in comparison to the short guy because of the pattern on his clothes. Although it isn't bad to opt for that flat style of coloring (I rather like that style myself), it doesn't match up with the short guy, so in comparison he just becomes even more static, I think. But yeah, overall, I was really impressed when I saw this. Ee's nice. :P
Aletta, I love the energy that these two have! yeah, the shorter guy does work really well for some reason. Since Ashley gave you a lil' critique I will too. I think the line on the taller fellow's nose is a bit distracting - but I still like him and his gesture a lot! I can't wait to see more from you! :D
